About
The Ministry of Transportation (Dephub) is the Indonesian government body responsible for managing and regulating national transport, including maritime infrastructure and safety through the Directorate General of Sea Transportation.

The Business Challenges
- Credential Fragmentation: Users across the Ditjen Hubla environment struggled to manage a multitude of different usernames and passwords required to access various isolated service applications.
- Identity Data Synchronization: There were significant hurdles in unifying user profile data from diverse authoritative sources, such as NIB from OSS BKPM and NIP from the SIK Kemenhub system, into a single consistent identity.

Sibernetik Solutions
Implementation of SSO DJPL: A centralized access infrastructure was established using industry-standard OIDC and OAuth 2.0 protocols to consolidate the entry points for all departmental applications.
Authoritative Database Integration: The authentication system was directly linked to trusted data sources to enable automated verification of NIB, NIP, and NIK identities, ensuring data integrity.
The Business Benefits
- Enhanced Efficiency and User Experience: Users can now navigate the entire Ditjen Hubla application ecosystem using just one set of credentials, significantly boosting productivity and ease of use.
- Strengthened Security and Data Validity: The adoption of standardized security protocols has minimized account-related risks while ensuring that user profiles remain accurate and verified against official records.
