We implemented Qlik Sense using "Zero Footprint" technology for server-side processing while maintaining strict granular security for sensitive citizen data.

About
The Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri), specifically through the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil), is responsible for managing Indonesia's national population data and providing essential demographic identity services to all citizens.
The Business Challenges
- Data Visualization Gap: While SIAK provides accurate demographic data, there is a lack of map-based visualization to help policymakers analyze trends across Indonesia’s 17,504 islands.
- Processing Efficiency: The need to process massive amounts of population data (NIK, KK, etc.) quickly and provide accessible insights through web and mobile platforms without heavy local hardware requirements.
