Project Overview

Dashboard Hotspot Kebakaran Hutan & Rekap kinerja Gakkum. We developed a visual mapping system to automate forest fire detection and performance monitoring for Gakkum.

 


The Challenge

KLHK faced delayed firefighting responses due to manual monitoring and struggled to track legal cases and complaints scattered across decentralized spreadsheets.


 


The Solution

We integrated Gakkum data into a centralized Tableau platform featuring interactive filters and high-level executive dashboards for real-time strategic decision-making.


 


The Result

The project enabled faster firefighting mobilization through automated alerts and streamlined the monitoring of over 800 annual complaints while reducing administrative workloads.

The Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) is the Indonesian government body responsible for managing and conserving the nation's forests, sustainable environmental management, and environmental law enforcement.
